Hey ya'll! I'm Brook - mother and wife by day, fridge-robber by night. I've decided to expose myself to the world (not like that, jeez) and write about my weightloss journey.
My other intrests include Elvis, anything midcentury, and homemade meals. I live with my husband, son, and aussie cattle dog in the beautiful (and annoingly fit) city of Charlottesville.
